I wonder if, once this contract ends, Dr. Phil will jump to Fox. Today, he had Army personnel driving a couple through watery streets so they could see their half-sunken house. You know, just 'cause they were curious and wanted closure or some such non-urgent nonsense. Is that not a total waste of resources and time? No wonder everything remains so chaotic and slow.
