The Sopranos finale

It's only 3 hours until the beginning of the final episode of The Sopranos.  4 hours until no more new scenes will be ever seen.  Such mixed emotions.  I'll not try and guess what will happen, other than to say I bet I'll get teary eyed when I hear "Woke up this morning, Got yourself a gun..."

Wish us all luck!

They didn't know how to end it, so they didn't end it. Very poorly written conclusion which they had 8 years to prepare for.
I think I am gonna rent season 1 and start over.

I loved the way it ended. Absolutely loved it!
Without spoiling it too much for those who haven't seen it: Chase seemed to be totally playing with us, where every scene involving Tony (especially his final scene) was packed with suspense over what might happen. I found myself scouring each scene for hints of what would happen, for symbols of what it all might mean (loved the table-top jukebox, focusing on the various songs, trying to guess which title would get picked).
I was totally on edge, worrying that what I expected would happen would happen, hoping it would, hoping it wouldn't happen in any of the ways I expected it to play out. Many people will complain, I suspect, that the way the show ended will be seen as a cop out, but I don't see it that way. I thought it was perfect.
Perfect.
Can't wait to go back to season 1 and watch it all again (this time with my son, who's expressed interest in watching it).

It surprised me.
The only problem I have with it is it's selfawereness of the audience.
Though when I thought about it, I think it still stayed true to the story and characters.
It'd bee tricky to wrap it all up without it seeming more designed then this.
It was unexpectedly appropriate, and I believe everyone in North America(+) with the ability, was rewinding the last minute a few times to be sure it wasn't their computer/TV
I'm content with it
